Process of RO Purifier

Step 1 (Pre filter 5 micron)

to remove suspended material such as sediments, insects, fiber, asbestos, rust and dust, etc.

Step 2 (Granular Activated Carbon)

to reduce chlorine, colour, odor and to absorb volatile organic components from feed water.

Step 3 (Activated Carbon Block filter)

to completely absorb chlorine, odor, colour and organic chemicals from feed water.

Step 4 (Reverse Osmosis)

This stage is the heart of the reverse osmosis systems; the Thin Film Composite membrane has pores of 0.0001mic. removes water contaminants such as heavy metals, excess salt and waterborne microorganisms such as virus, bacteria, etc.

Step 5 (Post Carbon filter)

to remove bad taste and odor, as well as to improve water taste and enhances anti-bacterial function by silver granular activated carbon.

Step 6 (Special Ceramic Filter)

to improve the quality of the produced water by adding necessary and healthy minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and others which are found in many natural mineral waters. This stage also adjusts the alkalinity of the treated water by raising the PH value to the standard range.

Step 7 (UV Sterilization)

to sterilize the water which removes bacteria, viruses and all other microbes by destroying RNA and DNA of these microorganisms.

This method is one of the best methods in the world, used to purify water without any negative effects on natural water balances.
